When you add the country where you want the order to be sent, you can see the delivery expense in your shopping cart.

The change and return of the products is possible only in Finland.


You can order the products in the online store by adding them in your shopping cart and after that by paying for them. We process all customer information confidentially. When you order on the online store we require that you adhere to the valid delivery methods. After a successful order you get an order confirmation on your e-mail.

Payment methods

In the online store of Unavaate we use reliable Finnish Paytrail as payment intermediation service.

Paytrail -payment intermediation service transmits your payment to the merchant. Due to that, on your bank account or debit card bill the payment receiver can be Paytrail. There are many different choices to pay on Paytrail:

  • Finnish Bank buttons
    • They lead you straight to your own online bank service 
  • Visa debit and credit, MasterCard, American Express
  • MobilePay, Pivo, Siirto
  • Part payment - and invoice services
    • Collector, Jousto

Order- and payment confirmation

When we have received you order, we immediately send you the order confirmation on e-mail. There you can see your order information. Always remember to check the order confirmation. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service ( Save the order confirmation in case that you have to contact us. Keep your trader identification number and order number available when contacting the customer service. When receiving the package, check that it includes all the products you ordered.

Problem situations

If the product is disappeared or damaged during the shipping or is not what you ordered, you have to notify the mistake by calling the phone number (customer service) at the latest 14 days after receiving. If the package is distinctly damaged during the shipping, make a complaint to the transport company immediately.
